SHIPPING POLICY

Palumbo & Gigante S.r.l. delivers its products both in Europe and the rest of the world, according to the terms, methods and conditions set by its courier BRT S.p.a. For more information, consult the Brt S.p.a. website or contact Brt S.p.a. customer service.

Standard shipping is free for orders that reach a total equal to or greater than € 100.00 with delivery to be made within the national territory. Shipping will be subject to charges for orders under € 100.00 with delivery to be made in Italy. The estimated delivery costs and delivery time will be indicated on the website or by customer service before placing the order and summarized in the order receipt notice.

When estimating the delivery times of the package, the times necessary for credit approval, for address verification and for order processing, as well as for receiving payment in the case of bank transfer, will be evaluated. When the order is finalized and ready for shipment, Palumbo & Gigante S.r.l. will send the order confirmation by email.

For products not in stock, it will still be possible to place the relevant order. As soon as the product is available, the customer will receive a confirmation email describing the delivery times via email.

The shipment will be made within 5 working days of confirmation and receipt of payment.

Palumbo & Gigante ships all items in packaging that protects their integrity during transport, with soft and scratch-resistant surfaces that prevent aesthetic damage. Please note that all products will be equipped with a special WARRANTY SEAL (Green Label) that must not be removed.

Each shipment will be insured for the full value paid by the Customer, who therefore does not run any economic risk for the shipment of precious items purchased through the Palumbo & Gigante Site.

Since these are precious objects, to protect the Customer, the delivery of the ordered products will take place exclusively to the address indicated by the Customer and physically to the person whose identity document was provided or to a clear representative (concierge, doorman, receptionist, security personnel, domestic staff, relatives or in-laws, official or person residing at the indicated address). Under normal operating conditions, the carrier will contact the Customer to communicate the time of delivery. Palumbo & Gigante cannot be held responsible in any case for any delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, nor for delays attributable to the carrier of the goods.

Delivery is always subject to receipt of full payment, the timing drawn up at the time of ordering is intended for all products available in stock, unless the Customer has requested personalized services or has purchased non-stock products marked with the label “product available in 4/8 working weeks”

To ensure the quality and efficiency of the service, we ask the Customer to carefully enter the complete shipping address, together with any notes to make delivery easier (e.g. preferred times, concierge).

The carrier’s delivery times in Italy are approximately 2-3 working days.

For European Union countries, carrier delivery times are 3-4 working days. For non-EU countries, carrier delivery times are usually 2-5 working days, excluding any time required for customs clearance of the goods; any customs charges and duties are always the responsibility of the Customer. Upon receipt of the purchased product, the Customer is required to check whether: the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the transport document and whether the packaging is externally intact. If the Customer, upon delivery of the goods, certifies that the sales packaging is not intact or damaged, he/she is required not to accept the delivery. In any case, the Customer has the right to collect the purchased goods directly from the Company’s points of sale upon written request that has been accepted by Palumbo & Gigante S.r.l.
