Payment Methods

What payment methods can I use?

Online: payment can be made by credit or debit card. You can also choose to pay via Paypal or bank transfer. Please note that the PayPal payment method is only available for orders under €25,000.

I am having problems paying with my credit card

Payment by credit card requires the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) mechanism. This is a procedure for validating a user’s identification based on the use of two or more authentication elements (so-called “two-factor authentication”). Any problems in completing the transaction may depend on the inability for you to complete the authentication, or on other limitations related to your credit card, such as the maximum amount for online transactions.

We recommend that you contact your Bank or contact us to agree on different payment methods. On our site it is not possible to complete the payment without Strong Customer Authentication

I made a bank transfer and I don't know if it was credited to you

The bank transfer requires a few business days to be processed in the banking circuit (usually 2 or 3 business days) before it is credited to the Palumbo & Gigante current account.

We therefore ask you to wait until you receive the confirmation email from us, which you will receive as soon as the payment has been received and processed by us. If 3 business days have already passed without you receiving any communications from us, we recommend that you contact us using the appropriate form.

Orders

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have a Palumbo & Gigante account, you can track your orderby logging in to our website www.palumboegigante.it. If you do not have a Palumbo & Gigante account, you can contact our customer service. Palumbo & Gigante will also inform you of the progress of your order by email. After confirming your order, the local courier BRT will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the shipment of your order on the courier’s website. Shipping times can vary from 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination (in Italy faster for large cities, longer for Southern Italy and the Islands), excluding any time needed for customs clearance of the goods for shipments outside the EU. We suggest that you contact us if you have not received your product after 7 working days from the moment you entered your billing information/made the payment.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that your order can be changed, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you are interested in purchasing a product, you can contact our customer service.

What items can I purchase online?

All items with an “Add to Cart” button can be purchased online. A product may be available for order even if its price is not indicated. If you are interested in a creation whose description does not show the “Add to Shopping Bag” button, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service. We also remind you that it is possible to purchase items that are not in stock but that will be made once the order has been placed and payment has been completed. For items to be customized or for all other requests, please contact our customer service

Why do some items not have an “Add to Shopping Bag” button or a price listed?

A product may be available even if its price is not indicated. The price of some creations will depend on the unique properties and characteristics chosen. The price of a High Jewelry creation can only be provided in Boutique by one of our sales assistants. To learn more, we invite you to make an appointment or contact our Customer Service. For more information on the price of a specific creation and for all other information, do not hesitate to contact us.

Is it possible to customize a creation?

Some creations can be personalized: Palumbo & Gigante offers an engraving service for jewelry and watches and an embossing service for leather goods.

In addition, for straps you can choose from a variety of colors and shades.

The feasibility of customization is indicated on each descriptive sheet.

If you want to have your Palumbo & Gigante creation engraved or embossed, please contact us. Gigante, please compose your text when selecting your creation on the website.

This service can also be requested when placing your order by phone.

Please note that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I add a personal message to my order?

Yes, you can attach a personalized message.

Once you have selected the item, simply enter the message in the appropriate field during the purchase process or dictate it to one of our ambassadors if the order is placed by phone.
