TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
Gift Cards can be spent at our Palumbo & Gigante boutiques in Palermo and Termini Imerese by showing the unique code that will be sent by email (within 24 hours of purchase) after finalizing the purchase or online at www.palumboegigante.it. The purchase, use and acceptance of Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1 Gift cards can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional vouchers.
1.2. Gift cards can be used online at www.palumboegigante.it only in the Shop section, but cannot be applied to shipping costs.
1.3 The gift card is not refunded in cash or money, nor does it accrue interest.
1.4 Lost Gift Cards will not be refunded. Palumbo e Gigante assumes no responsibility for lost gift cards.
1.5 Gift Cards are vouchers that can be purchased for a fixed period of 12 months from the time of their issue. An extension of the period is not possible.
1.6 The value of the order must be equal to or greater than the amount of the Gift Card. If the value of your order is greater than the value of the gift voucher, you can pay the price difference using the payment methods offered on the site.
1.7 For technical reasons, Palumbo e Gigante can only accept one gift voucher per order. If you have multiple gift vouchers and wish to use them all in a single order, please contact our customer service. Customer service will be able to create a single gift voucher by adding all your gift vouchers. The total gift voucher can then be redeemed in a single order.
1.8 In the event of cancellation of a purchase contract for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded by debiting the voucher account as well as any additional payment method used.
PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
2.1 Promotional vouchers cannot be purchased, they are offered by Palumbo e Gigante as part of promotional campaigns and can be used for a limited period of validity.
2.2 Promotional vouchers are not transferable and may be subject to a minimum order value. The value of the products must be equal to or greater than the voucher amount.
2.3 Promotional vouchers can only be used once in relation to a single order, within the specified period of validity. It is possible that the use of promotional vouchers is excluded for the purchase of some products. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if you return all or part of the products ordered or if the products can only be delivered in part. If you exercise the right of withdrawal or voluntarily return a product, the total amount of the order paid will be refunded. If the product to be returned belongs to an order containing multiple items, the value of the promotional voucher will be deducted proportionally from the total amount and the corresponding amount will be refunded (refund of the price of the product minus the portion of the voucher applied proportionally to that product). The promotional or used voucher will lose its validity in relation to the value of the returned products. There is no right to a refund or replacement of the promotional voucher.
